Often we want to ‘retreat’ from our lives, but what if you had the strategies and tools to be able to create more happiness and contentment in your own home and life?

My Retreat Life seeks to help you find your own strategies and daily practices, establish healthy habits and embed your life with self-care. These will help you to restore the balance, find positivity and reclaim your serenity.

Born out of my essential need to cope and grow from difficulties and past trauma, My Retreat Life is here for you.

Self-care: the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.

My personal self-care and wellbeing strategies have seen me through many challenges in my life, and I have studied and honed my skills over thirteen years, after being in a very dark place.

Now I feel it important to share what I have learned to help you to create and live a relaxed, calm, balanced life for yourself.

You’ll learn how to take an active role in your own wellbeing, to protect yourself from the stresses and trials of life, relationships, jobs, your inner critic, trauma – or whatever is troubling you.

You’ll know how to escape from the struggle and move forward with hope, joy and happiness.
Because happiness is the driving force behind wellbeing. Whether you’ve temporarily misplaced it or it’s never truly been yours, My Retreat Life will show you the path to find it.
