I’m thrilled to announce that My Retreat is one of three finalists in the North Tyneside Business Awards! We are in the Retail and Service Provider category, recognising businesses in the retail and service sectors that excel in delivering exceptional customer experience.

The criteria were

• Exemplary customer service and satisfaction
• Creative and effective retail strategies that enhance the overall experience for customers.
• A commitment to continuous improvement in service quality

I’m a stickler when it comes to these aspects of my business. Knowing that others appreciate what I’m trying to achieve is a fantastic endorsement.

We were asked to submit evidence to support the nomination, and it was primarily my clients’ reviews that I think have helped My Retreat be selected as a finalist. So, thank you all!

REFLECTING ON THE AWARD FROM NORTH TYNESIDE BUSINESS FACTORY

After being selected, I had the pleasure of hosting two members from the North Tyneside Business Factory. They interviewed me and took a tour of my business, allowing me to discuss my greatest passion – serving my loyal clients and providing them with the ultimate relaxation experience.

The nomination not only acknowledges my commitment to providing exceptional services but also places My Retreat among a diverse and esteemed group of businesses in all the categories. To be ranked alongside such a wide range of enterprises is truly an honour, as it reflects the rich tapestry of talent and innovation in our local business community. This achievement only motivates me to continue pushing the boundaries and delivering even better, bespoke services to my valued clients.
